The project’s basic acknowledgement is the need of mutual Nordic understanding of SE and its basic con-cepts in order to enable open and unbiased discussions of strengths and weaknesses of SE; to make SE more well known – and to enable comparison of experiences and results of SE in the Nordic countries. The specific aims of the project are as follows: · Based on practitioners’ experiences from inclusive work life efforts, the aim is to generate quality cri-teria that contribute to an improved Nordic understanding and standardisation of basic concepts and practices of SE and through that establish a more commonly agreed concept of SE in the Nordic countries. · To ensure more reliable documentation, better possibilities to compare statistics/results – and thereby an improved basis to ensure high quality SE-services in the Nordic countries.
