The seminar gathers together rehabilitation experts from Finland and abroad. The aim is to share mutual interests, challenges and achievements of rehabilitation. The seminar concentrates especially on the inclusion of disabled persons on the labour market. In addition to Finnish perspectives, the presentations bring practical examples of service development in Central European countries.
The seminar is part of The Finnish National Rehabilitation Conference on 22.-23.3.2012, which is the most important annual event of training and networking for rehabilitation practitioners, decision and policy makers, leaders and administrators in the field of rehabilitation in Finland. The conference program contains plenary sessions and workshops that concentrate on various current themes of interest in the field of rehabilitation. Annually there are about 400 rehabilitation professionals attending the conference. The language of this seminar is English, and the language of the rest of the conference program is Finnish.
